Winoly Casino Welcome package of 330% up to €1,550 + 370 free spins

Registration is refreshingly straightforward. One thing I liked: Winoly asks right on the form whether you want bonus offers at all. If you'd rather play freely, just untick it and you won't have to cancel anything later.

The welcome package of 330% up to €1,550 plus 370 free spins isn't credited in one go – it's spread across several deposits. The exact stages depend on your country, so it's worth checking the bonus section after logging in. More on this in our bonus check.

I tested on a Mac in Safari and Chrome, then briefly on my smartphone. Everything ran smoothly: games loaded quickly, filters and search responded without delay. There's no app to download, but you don't need one – the site behaves like an app in the browser. We show you how to add it to your home screen on the App & mobile page.

Things don't go quiet after the welcome bonus. There are regular tournaments, rotating promotions and achievements you unlock as you play. In the Casino Shop you swap coins – collected with every bet – for rewards. Stay active and you'll climb the loyalty levels all the way up to the VIP Club.

Winoly is a crypto casino that doesn't neglect fiat. Alongside Visa, Mastercard, Skrill, Neteller, MiFinity and Paysafecard you can choose from ten cryptocurrencies. Which options you see depends on your country – the cashier hides the rest.

Withdrawals come with different minimums: €10 by bank transfer, €50 in crypto, €20 for all other methods. You can take out a maximum of €500 per transaction and per day, and €10,000 per month. That's tight for high rollers.

Before your first withdrawal comes verification: ID, proof of address and proof of your payment method. You can upload them straight from your account or send them by email. Withdrawals are only processed Monday to Friday from 09:00 to 18:00 (GMT+3) – win on a Friday evening and you'll wait until Monday. You'll find all the details in the payments section.

This is where Winoly really won me over. In the live chat you enter your name and email and you're instantly talking to a real agent – no queue, no bot fobbing you off with canned replies. My questions about withdrawal limits and bonus stages got friendly, specific answers, even at two in the morning.

By email, the reply arrived within a few hours. There's also a contact form for anything that isn't urgent. Winoly runs social channels on Telegram, Instagram, X and WhatsApp.

Over 15,000 games is quite a statement, and the lobby handles the sheer volume well. You can filter by provider, use the search or jump through the category menus to new slots, jackpots or table games. I never needed more than a few seconds to find a specific title.

The table games include blackjack, roulette and poker in several variants, plus a dedicated corner for video poker. In the live casino you'll find blackjack, roulette, baccarat and game shows; if you like higher stakes, the Live VIP section has Evolution Gaming's VIP tables. Progressive jackpots are available, and you can check your game history at any time.

Two things bother me: crash games are rather thin on the ground, and I couldn't find return-to-player rates (RTP) anywhere in the lobby. I also couldn't spot a public audit or RNG certificate.

There is a section for personal limits, but it's leaner than at many competitors. I wasn't able to set deposit, loss or wager limits during testing.

What does work: under My Account → Settings you can take a break of 1 day, 3 days or 1 week. If you need time away for longer, ask support for a self-exclusion. My advice: set a fixed budget before your first bet and stop when it's gone – the casino won't make that decision for you here.

Gambling is only permitted from the age of 18. If you need help, contact a gambling support service or helpline in your country – it's free and confidential.
